The third training for the second generation of Top Class participants “Human resources and Team management” was held on January 22, 2009 in the Diplomatic Hall of Skopje Fair, Skopje. 

Guest speakers on this event were: Ms. Jelica Ivanovska, HR – Jonson Controls, Mr. Polikarp Arsenovski – Wrigley Representative Office Skopje and Mr. Toni Petreski - INet, Skopje.

This training gave the entrepreneurs opportunity to share their experience in human resources management as well as to expand their knowledge about organization and functioning of the human resources departments in bigger companies. The participants had a chance to discuss issues arising from their everyday work such as: employee’s selection – how to choose the most appropriate employees for the open positions, how to keep them longer within the company, performance evaluation, the legal framework for this issues, etc.
